Description of key information

Density of diisopropylnaphthalene: 0.9574 to 0.9584 g/cm³ at 20°C

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Relative density at 20C:
0.958

Additional information

The relative density of diisopropylnaphthalene was determined according to the German national standard DIN 51757. For two different batches of 2009 and 2010, the density at a test temperature of 20°C was 0.9584 and 0.9574 g/cm³, respectively (Rütgers 2010 a and b).
