Erythema (score 2 of max.4) and oedema (day 1: score 2-3,
from day 2: score 3 of max.4) appeared on day 1 in all
Desquamation was observed from day 5 until the end of the
observation period (day 14).
On Day 14 erythema disappeared in one animal only, but
persisted in the 5 others (4/5: score 1, 1/5: score 2 of max
4 and desquamation). Oedema was still seen in all animals
(2/6: score 1 and 4/6: score 2 of max.4)
method: the study was conducted according to the recommendations of the
OECD guideline no 404.
result: erythema and oedema apperared on day 1 in all animals. the
reactions were very important and induced a desquamation from day 5
until the end of the observation period (day 14). on day 14, erythema
disapperared in one animal only, but persisted in the five others.
