A vapour pressure value of 39 mbar is reported at 20°C. Extrapolation of experimental data measured at temperatures ranging from 35 to 117°C was used to dermine this vapour pressure. The robust study summary is based upon a german handbook. The handbook provides the Antoine vapour pressure correlation, but full details were not available. Consequently, the reliability of the data is with restrictions.

The vapour pressures of the constituents of the substance were also obtained, using an appropriate test protocol or an appropriate QSAR method. The vapour pressure of MS-Silane constituents range from 463.21 hPa to 146.26 hPa at 20°C. The mean value of 117.19 hPa at 20°C supports the result of the key study. The vapour pressure of the hydrolysis products for the constituents of MS-Silane, obtained with the same QSAR method, are negligible.
