Description of key information

The 48 hour NOEC is 3.6 mg/L for the endpoint immobilization. The 48-hour EC50 value is 4.77 mg/L (95% C.L: 2.59 – 6.94 mg/L) calculated by a Gryck Haustein function, based on time nominal concentrations. The 48-hour EC100 value is 5.2 mg/L

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The test substance was stable during 2 days of incubation under test conditions (maximum disappearance of the test substance: 11.7%). Day 0 samples showed that average 90.1% to 99.8% of the test substance was present in the test solutions, validating the analytical procedures during the test.
