Directive 67/548/EEC:

According to Directive 67/548/EEC annex 1, the test substance is classified as "R51/53 Toxic to aquatic organisms, may cause long-term adverse effects in the aquatic environment". This is conclusive when the lowest EC50 of 4.0 mg/L for the marine species Chaetogammarus marinus is taken into account.

GHS:

According to Annex VI of the CLP regulation the test substance has to be classified as “Hazardous to the aquatic environment, chronic 2”(Hazard statement H411: Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects.). This is conclusive when the lowest EC50 of 4.0 mg/L for the marine species Chaetogammarus marinus is taken into account.
