Additional information

The substance is a solid which is not expected to be handled in the molten state. According to the test method for Flash Point, Regulation (EC) No. 440/2008, Part 1, A9, 1.1, the test is only applicable to liquid substances. The Guidance on Information Requirements and Chemical Safety Assessment, Chapter R.7A, Endpoint Specific Guidance, August 2014, R.7.1.9.1, states that testing for flash point is a property for the classification of flammable liquids. As a result, and in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006, Annex VII, introduction, last paragraph, testing has not been performed as it is considered unnecessary.
