Description of key information

The kinematic viscosity was found to be 1.95 mm2.s-1 at 20°C and 1.43 mm2.s-1 at 40°C.

Viscosity was measured as part of a package of physicochemical testing (Huntingdon Life Sciences, 2013, Study LBM0053). The viscosity was determined according to OECD Method 114 and CIPAC MT 22 and the study was conducted in compliance with GLP.

The kinematic viscosity was found to be     1.95 mm2.s-1at 20°C            and 1.43 mm2.s-1at 40°C.

The dynamic viscosity was found to be       2.07 mPa.s at 20°C              and 1.51 mPa.s at 40°C.

The static (kinematic) viscosity will be reported as the key value for risk assessment (classification for aspiration hazard) is based on this parameter.
