Justification for classification or non-classification

Based on oral LD50 of 4102 mg/kg in rats and a dermal LD50s in rats of >5000 mg/kg, no classification is required for acute oral or dermal toxicity endpoints according to EU Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (CLP) Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008. The 4-hour LC50 in an acute inhalation study in rats was > 5.18 mg/L, therefore, no classification is required for acute inhalation according to EU Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (CLP) Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008.
