Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The pH of 3,3'-dichlorobenzidine dihydrochloride in water (1-30%, w/w) is <2.
Executive summary:

The pH values of four different suspensions of 3,3'-dichlorobenzidine dihydrochloride in water (1 -30 %, w/w, both from dried and from wet product) were determined after stirring for 1 h at 20 °C. The pH values increased from 0.40/0.43 (wet/dry product) at a concentration of 30 % to 1.32/1.50 (wet/dry product) at a concentration of 1 % 3,3'-dichlorobenzidine dihydrochloride.
