Description of key information

A flow-through life-cycle toxicity test was performed with Daphnia magna. DMH was tested at nominal concentrations: 0, 15.6, 25.9, 43.2, 72.0, 120 mg/L corresponding to measured concentrations of 0, 15.7, 25.3, 42.2, 70.9, 116 mg/L. Daphnid survival was affected at 116 mg/L and the NOEC was therefore 70.9 mg/L.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

EC10, LC10 or NOEC for freshwater invertebrates:
70.9 mg/L
