Details on results:
The relative difference in concentration between two successive samples were between 2 and 9 % (AAS) and 4 % (UV/Vis).
The value recommended in the OECD guideline for relative concentration change between the samples with incubation durations of 72 h or 48 h of 15% were not exceeded. The test was therefore evaluated as satisfactory.
Both analytical methods used deliver comparable results.

Conclusions:
Interpretation of results (migrated information): moderately soluble (100-1000 mg/L)
water solubility of lead styphnate is ca. 0.5 - 0.9 g/L.
