Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
EC50 value for p-Anisidine in Daphnia magna for 21 days under flow –through condition was found to be 0.298 mg/l on basis of inhibition of reproduction whereas the NOEC was found to be 0.125 mg/l.
Executive summary:

In the study Long-term toxicity to aquatic invertebrates for p-Anisidine, Daphnia magna were exposed at nominal and measured concentration: 2.0, 1.0, 0.50, 0.250, 0.125, 0.0 mg/L for 21 days. Inhibition in reproduction was observed in Daphnia magna. Therefore EC50 value for p-Anisidine in Daphnia magna for 21 days under flow –through condition was found to be 0.298 mg/l on basis of inhibition of reproduction whereas the NOEC was found to be 0.125 mg/l.
