Two ready biodegradability studies (OECD 301 A and 301C) are summarised. A third study investigated how to improve removal in a Sewage treatment plant. This study concludes that the product has the inherent potential to degrade after acclimatisation of the inoculum.
The ready biodegradability of the test material was examined. Since the
lag time was >240 hours, the test material does not meet the criteria
for ready biodegradability. A non standard study demonstrates inherent
potential for degradation after acclimatisation of the inoculum.
