Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Test Result:

In the igniting process, the solid particles of the test item turn into colorless liquid slowly, no flame observed.

Interpretation of results:
non flammable
Remarks:
Migrated information

Description of key information

Non-flammable on ignition (similar to EU A.10)
Non-flammable on contact with water (based on structure and experience in handling and use, in accordance with guidelines EU A.12 and UN N.5)
Non-pyrophoric (based on structure and experience in handling and use, in accordance with guidelines EU A.13 and UN N.2)

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Flammability:
non flammable

Additional information

Justification for classification or non-classification

According to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 on classification, labelling and packaging (CLP) of substances and mixtures, the substance is considered to be a non-flammable solid. Based on the chemical structure and experience in handling and use, pyrophoricity and flammability on contact with water are not expected.
