Conclusions:
The 48-h EC50 of Allyl methacrylate to daphnia magna was 2.4 mg/L.
Executive summary:

In an OECD 201 (92/69 EEC) under static conditions the 48-h EC50 of Allyl methacrylate to daphnia magna was 2.4 mg/L based on arithemtric mean measured concentrations.

Additional information

The acute toxicity of allyl methacrylate on Daphnia magna was tested in a static test set up according OECD guideline 202. The test was terminated after 48 hours of exposure. Based on mean measured concentrations an EC50 of 2.4 mg/L was determined (Elf Atochem, 1994).
