Additional information

The tests with P. promelas all fulfilled criteria and used as key studies and the result was acceptable for determining a PNEC – the lowest 96-h LC50of approximately 51 mg/l.

Estimated values of 21 and 11 mg/l have been derived for acute (96-hour LC50) fish toxicity using ECOSAR QSARs applicable to esters and phosphate esters respectively. The values are consistent with those obtained in the reported studies.
