Description of key information

Experimental value of relative density at 20°C: 1.304

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Relative density at 20C:
1.304

Additional information

The relative density was determined by air comparison pycnometer ( Stereopycnometer) according to Method A.3 "Relative Density"of Commission Regulation (EC) No 440/2008 of 30 May 2008, Method 105 "Density of Liquids and Solids" of OECD Guideline and GLP. No deviation from the guidelines was observed during the test.

Before the measurement of the relative density of the test item, the apparatus was accuracy of the Stereopycnometer was assessed using an Calibration sphere and Aluminium oxide (purity 99.7%) references standards. The relative density of the references standards were determined to be in the defined tolerance of each these standard. The Stereopycnometer was therefore considered acceptable for use
