Additional information

The toxicity of the test item to Daphnia magna was investigated. This study is GLP compliant and follows OECD guideline 202 and EU method C.2. It is therefore, given the reliability rating of 1 (reliable without restrictions). Five test concentrations were used, and analytical verification of test concentrations was conducted. As measured concentrations were within 20% of nominal, results are reported based on nominal concentrations.

The 48 h EC50 value of the test item was found to be 25.5 mg/L (CL: 25.1-25.8 mg/L) with the 48h EC10 being 23.1 mg/L (CL: 22.5-23.6) mg/L. The NOEC and LOEC of the test item was found to be 12.5 and 25 mg/L respectively.
