Key value for chemical safety assessment

BCF (aquatic species):
319.3 L/kg ww

Additional information

The bioconcentration factor (BCF) of the substance was estimated with the BCFBAF model v3.01 from EPI Suite v4.1, which fulfilled all OECD principles. This model estimates BCF using two separate estimation methodologies: using the compound's log octanol-water partition coefficient (Kow) and the Arnot-Gobas method. However, the substance is not within the applicability domain of Arnot-Gobas method, therefore this methodology is not taken into account.

The BCF was estimated at 319.3 L/kg (log BCF = 2.504) based on log Kow method of BCFBAF model. This value is retained as the key value for chemical safety assessment.
