Executive summary:

According to OECD Guideline 104 the vapor pressure is measured as 3.2 Pa at 20 °C, 32.3 Pa at 50 °C and 46.6 Pa at 55 °C. In this method, appropriate for accurate measurements down to 0.1 Pa, the compound is placed at the bottom of a cylindrical cell, at controlled temperature, and connected to a previously evacuated space to which the pressure sensor is also connected. The compound is then allowed to evaporate until the equilibrium pressure at the temperature of the sample is achieved.
