Additional information

The density of 5-Amino-o-cresol was determined following the OECD 109 guideline (Density of Liquids and Solids) with pycnometer using the displacement method and according to GLP. The test was run in triplicate at a test temperature of 20.0˚C.

Approximately 3 g of the test material was placed into the pycnometers. The pycnometers were filled up with the vehicle and kept for 30 min in the refrigerated circulator at 20.0°C. The filled pycnometers were weighed and the density of the test item was calculated.

The density of 5-Amino-o-cresol was 1.244 g/cm3 at 20.0°C.
