Description of key information

1) Key: HPLC adsorption-desorption study, 2010, K1, OECD & GLP; Log Koc ranged from 4.39 to 4.95 for the 3 main constituents of the substance

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Koc at 20 °C:

Additional information

The adsorption coefficient (Koc) was derived according to the OECD 121 (HPLC) & GLP guidelines (Drake, 2010). Chemical standards with log Koc values ranging from 1.32 to 5.63 were employed to calibrate instrumentation. The log Koc values derived for the 3 main constituents are 4.39, 4.66 and 4.95 for R-59, R-1679 and R-898 respectively (measured at 20°C).

The reported log Koc value for DAPD reported, 4.66, was calculated as the average of the log Koc of the 3 main constituents.

[LogKoc: 4.66]
