Erythema/eschars: In 2/3 animals changes were seen already 1 h p.a., lasting until 10 days p.a. Eschar formation was noted from 48 h or 72 h p.a. onwards. Eschars desquamated with time and normal skin was visible beneath 14 days p.a.
Oedema: In all animals oedema were noted already 1 h after patch removal. 2/3 animals oedema were noted from 24 h until 6 resp. 10 days p.a. All control areas were normal at each observation time.
