Fresh water invertebrates

Fresh water invertebrates
Effect concentration:
112 mg/L

Additional information

There is no experimental chronic invertebrate toxicity data available, but QSAR predictions show that 2 -(2 -butoxyethoxy)ethanol is of low toxicity to invertebrates at chronic levels of exposure. Acute data show that toxicity is so low that chronic toxicity information is in any case unlikely to be required and should be sufficient to predict PEC:PNEC ratios are below one even with default assessment factors typical of acute data only.
