Phototransformation in air, water and soil
AOPWIN v1.92 was used to predict the
phototransformation in air of Butylaminoethanol (Chemservice S.A., 2018).
An OH rate constant of 91.2581E-12 cm³/molecules-sec as well as an
atmospheric half-life about 1.4 hours was predicted. Ozone and nitrate
radical reactions are considered as not relevant.
Further data on phototransformation in other
environmental media (i.e. water and soil) are not available and not
triggered for the registration under REACH.
No experimental result is available for
Butylaminoethanol. In accordance to REACH, Annex VIII, Section 220.127.116.11.,
column 2, this endpoint can be waived based on structural considerations.
