The need of the study depends on
the use of Triallylcyanurate and on the outcome of the chemical safety
assessment. The PNEC soil can be assessed in a first step using the
equilibrium partitioning method based on the PNEC aqua (freshwater) and
the soil/water partition coefficient. As the risk to terrestrial
organisms using this screening approach is acceptable, tests on soil
macro-organisms are not needed.
