In an AOP v1.92 (EPISuite v4.11) calculation
a half-life of 9.5 hours was determined. For this calculation a 24 -hour
day as well as a sensitizer-concentration (OH-radicals) of 500 000
molecules/cm³ were assumed (BASF SE, 2017). The calculated rate constant
was 40.3 E-12 cm³/molecule-sec. In support of these results an
additional calculation as published by Atkinson in 1988 demonstrated a
half-life of the test substance of 9.9 hours.
