Conclusion on classification

According to Annex VI of Directive 67/548/EEC, The test material is classified as R50/53 "very toxic to aquatic organisms" and "may cause long term adverse effects in the aquatic environment" since the acute toxicity to algae, the most sensitive trophic level, was less than 1 mg/L and the test material is non-biodegradable.
