The boiling and decomposition behaviour of the test item was determined by differential scanning calorimetry according to OECD guideline No. 103.

Reaction products resulting from the esterification of C18 unsaturated fatty acid with glycerol and glycerol oligomers decomposes before boiling. The onset of decomposition is 355°C.
