Conclusion on classification

The following aquatic toxicity data are available for classification of CTO:

- Reliable short-term LL50/EL50 values have been determined in tests conducted with water-accommodated fractions (WAFs). The resulting are 20, 32 and >100 mg/L for fish, invertebrates and algae.

- A NOELR of ≥100 mg/L has been determined in the test with algae

- A long-term NOELR of ≥1 mg/L has been determined in a test with aquatic invertebrates (Daphnia magna).
