Individual results:

Preliminary visual estimation of the water solubility:

The preliminary visual experiments showed that the water solubility of the test item is very low as 10 mg test item could not be dissolved in 50 ml water.

Conclusions:
The water solubility of FAT 93503/B at a temperature of 20 °C was determined to be 0.224 μg/l.
Executive summary:

The water solubility of FAT 93503/B was determined in a study conducted according to OECD Guideline 105 and EU Method A.6. In the first step, preliminary estimation of water solubility was estimated visually, which was determined to be low as 10 mg test substance could not be dissolved upto 50 ml water. Hence, the flask method was used for the main experiment. Based on the findings of this stage, the water solubility for FAT 93503/B was determined to be 0.224 μg/l.
