Experiment with Red Killi and Tween 80 as vehicle (conc used - 200 and 1000 mg/l): no mortality at 200 mg/l, however 1 out of 10 fish was found dead at 48 hours with the concentration 100 mg/l.

Conclusions:
LC50 for FAT 36052/E was found to be >1000 mg/l.
Executive summary:

The acute fish toxicity was investigated in three different experiments. In an experiment with trouts and acetone as vehicle including concentrations of 100, 200 and 1000 mg/l tested on eight touts each. No motality was observed. In a second experiment with trouts and Tween 80 as vehicle concentrations of 100, 200 and 1000 mg/l tested on 8 trouts each also resulted in no mortality. A third experiment with Red Killi and Tween 80 as vehicle involving 200 and 1000 mg/l tested on 10 fish each 1 death occured at 1000 mg/l concentration level, only. Based on these experiments, LC50for FAT 36052/E was found to be >1000 mg/l.
