Using Table 4.1.0 in Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, the classification should be Category Chronic 1 (H410) and Acute Category 1 (H400). The chronic category 1 is assigned as although the substance is readily biodegradable the calculated Log Kow is ≥ 4.
