Any other information on results incl. tables

The vapour pressure was determined for six temperatures in the temperature range 15 to 150 °C and in the pressure range 10-3to 1 Pa.

From the measured data points of the vapour pressure curve the constants A, B, C of the Antoine equation can be derived by regression (Microsoft Excel) of the data points.

A = 7.5949

B = -2883.27

C = 273.15.

The vapour pressure of the test item was calculated by interpolation and extrapolation of the measured vapour pressure curve for the temperatures 20, 25 and 50°C. The measured vapour pressure values together with the measured temperatures are listed in the table in the next section "overall remarks".

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The vapour pressure of the test item Adenosine-5'-monophosphate (AMP) (CAS no. 61-19-8) was calculated by interpolation and extrapolation of the measured vapour pressure curve for the temperatures 20, 25 and 50 °C, according to Regulation EC No. 440/2008 Method A.4. Vapour Pressure and OECD Test Guideline 104 (2006). The vapour pressure of the test item was 5.8E-3 Pa at 20°C, 8.4E-3 Pa at 25°C and 4.7E-2 Pa at 50°C.
