Additional information

The aquatic toxicity of the submission item to aquatic invertebrats was determined in a GLP guideline study according to OECD 202. The resulting EC50 (48h) was 20 mg/L. Furthermore, a QSAR calculation using the OECD Toolbox v3.0.0.274 alpha revealed an estimated EC50 value of 7.07 mg/L on daphnids (BASF SE, 2013). This value is in a connatural magnitude as the result of a second QSAR calculation using ECOSAR v1.00 which revealed a EC50 value of 11.577 mg/L (BASF SE 2012). Based on these values, the test substance is considered to be acutely harmful to aquatic invertebrates.
