Additional information

The aquatic toxicity of the submission item to fish was determined in a GLP guideline study according to OECD 203. The resulting LC50 (96h) was 4.0 mg/L. Furthermore, a QSAR calculation using the OECD Toolbox v3.0.0.274alpha revealed an estimated LC50 value of 4.04 mg/L (BASF SE, 2013). This value is in the same magnitude as the result of a second QSAR calculation using ECOSAR v1.00 which revealed a LC50 value of 3.909 mg/L (BASF SE 2012). Based on these values, the test substance is considered to be acutely toxic to fish.
