Description of key information

A QSAR modelling (OECD QSAR OASIS, Klimisch 2) suggest weak estrogen receptor binding properties.

Additional information

The predicted Estrogen Receptor Binding Affinity (ERBA) obtained by the OECD QSAR OASIS modelling for the test substance bis(2-ethylhexyl)citraconate was 0.00888 % ± 0.0282 % (95.0%). The result suggests weak estrogen receptor binding properties. The descriptor log Kow8.49 falls within the applicability domain (8.12 -11.6), and can therefore be considered as reliable with restrictions (Klimisch 2).
