EPISuite 4.11 HYDROWIN 2.00 modelled total Kb (base dissociation constant) for a shorter chained structural analogue

to be 0.0045 L/mol-sec for pH > 8 at 25 degoC. Kb half-life at pH 8 was 4.918 years and Kb half-life at pH 7 was 49.183 years. In conclusion, the test substance does not appear to hydrolyse. The model was assessed valid for the test substance with restriction (Klimisch 2). The result was used as weight of evidence for classification and labelling.
