According to Regulation (EC) No.1907/2006, Annex XI, Section 2, the testing regime may be adapted because testing is technically not feasible as a consequence of the properties of the substance. The water solubility of the substance was unable to be determined, but was immiscible with water at concentrations greater than 0.5 mg/L. As this test requires solubility in water, the technical limitations of the method are respected and the test is waived.
Values were derived from estimation methods (Leo, 1991, and EPIWin v.4.00) for CSA purposes only; the log Kow is 8.92 and 9.81, respectively).
