Description of key information

The substance has no boiling point. Decomposition occurs before melting at a temperature of 277°C.

Additional information

According to column 2 of Annex VII section 7.3, a boiling point study does not need to be conducted for solids which decompose before boiling, as is the case of L-histidine.
