Test solutions

Vehicle:
no
Details on test solutions:
A suspension of 25.2 mg test substance in 250 mL reconstituted water was prepared and stirred for 24 hours in a temperature controlled room of 21 °C. After approximately 24 hours the suspension was filtered (0.2 μm filter, Sartorius, Lot. No. 0503111070201903) and the filtrate was used as the highest concentration and for preparing the other media.
