Description of key information

Henry's Law Constant was determined to be 36.9 (± 0.8) Pa. m3/mol

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Henry's law constant (H) (in Pa m³/mol):
36.9
at the temperature of:
25 °C

Additional information

Henry's Law Constant was determined using an adaptation of techniques described by Peng&Wan and Dewulf et al. Samples were taken from bottles with water and air left to equilibrate during 24 hours at 25 °C and analysed with GC/FID. Henry's Law Constant was determined at 36.9 ( ± 0.8) Pa. m3/mol. EUSES calculates a value of 11.4 at 25oC And 5.44 at 12oC.
