Remarks on result:
other: mean value

Results:

Single values: 1.3256; 1.3256 g/mL at 20°C (mean value : 1.3256 g/mL)

Conclusions:
The density at 20 ºC was approx. 1.13 g/mL and the relative density was approx. 1.13.
Executive summary:

The bending vibration test was used to determine the relative density at 20 °C which conforms with the procedure 'Test method A.3', described in the EC-Guideline. An U-formed tube, which can be caused to vibrate, was filled with approx. 0.7 mL of the liquid sample. The change of the vibration frequence in consequence of the changed mass was used to determine the density of the sample considering calibration data. The density at 20 ºC was approx. 1.13 g/mL and the relative density was approx. 1.13.

Description of key information

The density at 20 ºC was approx. 1.13 g/mL (mean value) and the relative density was approx. 1.13.

Key value for chemical safety assessment
