Disposal considerations

Industry - Possibility of recovery/recycling: The product is used as a flame retardant for polymers and

its most important application is in the polymer

polypropylene. The product is thermally stable and does not

discolour remaining white after processing.

Consequently, polypropylene articles flame retarded with the

product can be granulated and remoulded to produce high

quality recycled products.

Industry - Possibility of neutralisation: Not applicable

Industry - Possibility of destruction: controlled discharge: Not applicable

Industry - Possibility of destruction - incineration: In a high temperature incinerator with suitable abatement

equipment.

Industry - Possibility of destruction - water purification: not applicable

Industry - Possibility of destruction - other: not applicable
