Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

A static acute toxicity with Daphnia magna (n=20) exposed to 100 mg/L FR-370. Measured concentrations of PB-370 at the start of the test was at the approximate value of 12.3 -31.7 ppm. At 48 h PB-370 was either not quantifiable or not detectable. Immobilization among the D. magna exposed to PB-370 for 48 h was 1%. There were no immobilized D. magnain the control group. Based on these results the EC50 for PB-370 is greater than its maximum solubility in water.

Thus, the water solubility value of 0.0156 mg/l was taken for chemical safety assessment.
