Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

The test item is a mixture of substances of different volatility, in consequence the dynamic method according to OECD Test Guideline 103 is not suitable. Therefore, the determination of the normal Boiling Point was carried out via vapour pressure measurement by the static method according to OECD Test Guideline 104 (BASF, 08L00207, 2009). At a temperature above 60 °C, a continuously increasing pressure was observed. Caused by a Iimited stability and a thermal change of the test item, a normal boiling temperature could not be determined. The extrapolation from the range of the measurement at about 50 hPa to the normal boiling temperature at 1013.25 is not feasible, reliable data cannot be extrapolated.

Another available boiling point study was considered disregarded because the method for the determination of the boiling point was not appropriate for the viscous test substances (Clariant, 2010 -04 -12, 2010).
