Additional information

Acute aquatic toxicity studies are available for three trophic levels. For the long-term aquatic invertebrates study and algae study no studies are available for the substance. The assessment is based on long-term daphnia and algae studies for close structural analogue substances (CAS 92908-35-5/ 1854-26-8; CAs 68411-81-4). All effective or lethal concentrations were recalculated for 100 % active ingredient.

Aquatic acute toxicity:

96h, LC50 (Danio rerio) > 109 mg/L (100 mg/L corrected for water content of submission substance);

96h; LC50 (Leuciscus idus) > 740 <1591 mg/L (calculated for 100% active ingredient)

48h, EC50 (Daphnia magna) > 109 mg/L (100 mg/L corrected for water content of submission substance);

72h, ErC50 (Scenedesmus subspicatus, CAS 68411-81-4) > 127.5 mg/L

72h, ErC50 (Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata, CAS 92908-35-5): 165 mg/L (recalculated for 100 % active ingredient)

Aquatic chronic toxicity:

21d, NOEC (Daphnia magna; CAS 92908-35-5) >= 70 mg/L (recalculated for 100 % active ingredient)

72h, NOEC (Scenedesmus subspicatus; CAS 68411-81-4): 16.8 mg/L

72h, EC10 (Scenedesmus subspicatus; CAS 68411-81-4): 63.5 mg/L

72h, NOEC (Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata, CAS 92908-35-5): 30 mg/L (recalculated for 100 % active ingredient)

28d, NOEC (sewage treatment plant microorganisms) >= 86.2 mg/L
