Description of key information

In accordance with collumn 2 adaptation (Annex VII, section 7.13) of REACH Regulation 1272/2008, the study does not need to be conducted if the substance is incapable of reacting exothermically with combustible materials, for example on the basis of the chemical structure (e.g. organic substnces not conatining oxygen or halogen atoms and these elements are not chemically bonded to nitrogen or oxygen, or inorganic substnces not conatining oxygen or halogen atoms).
Therefore the study is not conducted as the submission substance is predicted not to be oxidising based on the chemical structure and experience in use.
