The available test with the main constituent C-18ASA showed that 2,5-Furandione, dihydro-, mono-C15-20-alkenyl derivs and its hydrolysation products can be regarded as readily biodegradable.

Consequently, simulation testing on ultimate degradation in surface, sediment simulation testing and soil simulation testing do not need to be conducted in accordance with column 2 of REACH Annex IX.
