Reliable short-term and long-term aquatic toxicity tests results for freshwater fish, invertebrates (Daphnia magna) and algae are available for the substance 'Distillates (Fischer-Tropsch), C8 -26 - branched and linear'.

Acute LL50or EL50values for the three organisms were >1000 mg/l water accommodated fractions (WAFs), respectively.

The No Observed Adverse Loading Rate (NOELR) for fish was determined to be at least 100 mg/l in a Fish Early Life Stage test with Fathead minnow.

The 21 day NOELR for Daphnia magna was 32 mg/l.

A NOELR value of 1000 mg/l based on growth was determined in the algal test.

A 28 day NOEC value of ≥1000 mg/kg has been determined with Chironomus tentans and a 28 day NOEC value of ≥100 mg/kg with Lumbriculus variegates.
